Harvest Haven
Harvest Haven is a pre-eminent Christian conference center located on approximately 7 acres of land in Gopeng, Perak state of Malaysia. It is nestled within the expansive Ipoh Country Park, situated next to the Perak Matriculation College. The main building was completed in April 2007 and dedicated on 27 May 2007 by the founder of Torchbearers International, the late Major W. Ian Thomas. A seperate building called the Prayer House was completed in 2020, increasing the overall capacity of the conference center.
The conference center was built to support the ministry’s main work, which is the training and equipping of men and women towards Christian service. In house conferences, camps, seminars, and training programs are held year round on site. Aside from that, churches and Christian organizations are also welcome to hold conferences and camps at Harvest Haven, with dates available for booking on a first-come-first-served basis.
Accommodation Types and Rates
The rates below are effective from 1 Jan 2022. All rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as two tea breaks.
The conference center is currently able to comfortably accommodate at least 104 people. All rooms come with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and water heating.

Children aged 4-9 are charged a flat rate of RM 60.00 / person / day.
Children below 3 are entitled to stay free of charge (with separate children mattress).
NOTE: The above room rates are applicable for all bookings for stays starting from 1 January 2025 onwards. A booking deposit of RM30/person is required to secure the desired booking date.
Other charges for Main Building and Prayer House
Surcharge for usage of conference hall = RM150 / day (up to 100 pax), additional RM50 / day for use of projector
Surcharge for usage of meeting rooms = RM50 / day (up to 25 pax)
Facilities
At Harvest Haven, we maintain numerous facilities for the enjoyment of all campers and visitors.
Sports facilities on site include a swimming pool, a multi-purpose court (for basketball/ volleyball/ futsal), a field for outdoor games, outdoor jogging tracks, and indoor table tennis.
Aside from that, there is also a library, dining hall, meeting hall, prayer room, and lounges inside the conference center. Take a walk in the prayer garden equipped with prayer stations and rest stops.
